Tools we may use
Large question libraries involve repetitive work. We may use OCR, spreadsheet processing, language assistance, duplicate detection, text-formatting tools, or generative tools to help organise a draft or identify records that need attention.
What a tool is not allowed to decide
A software suggestion is not treated as a reliable source by itself. It does not get final authority over a correct answer, a factual correction, a copyright request, a privacy request, or the publication status of disputed material.
The editor’s responsibility
The person publishing or reviewing a record is responsible for checking its meaning, answer, language, source, and context. The OCR review page deliberately shows warnings without automatically rewriting questions because unusual text is not always an error.
Tell us when something reads wrong
If a page contains a strange phrase, invented detail, broken translation, or unsupported answer, send the URL and evidence through the contact form. A person will review the report.
