Respect for rights
We do not want to publish material in a way that infringes another person’s copyright. Educational purpose does not automatically make every use lawful, and a rights holder can ask us to review identified material.
Send a clear notice
Email dhaka8271@gmail.com or use the copyright request form. Identify the protected work, give the exact URL of the material on Kiran Insight, explain your authority to act, provide contact details, and state in good faith why the use is not authorised.
Accuracy of the notice
Please include the statements and signature required by the law that applies to your notice. Knowingly making a false claim may have legal consequences. Do not include identity documents unless they are genuinely required.
Our review
We may temporarily restrict clearly identified material while checking the request, ask for missing information, contact the uploader or source where appropriate, and record the action taken. A counter-notice or restoration request will also be reviewed when the applicable process allows it.
