The short version
Kiran Insight uses a limited amount of technical information to serve pages, protect forms, remember choices, count genuine visits, and reply when someone contacts us. We do not ask visitors to create a public profile just to read study material.
Information handled by the website
- Visit information: page views, visit time, a privacy-safe IP hash, and a short recent-IP list used for security and traffic checks.
- Browser storage: session, security, consent, language, and feature preferences.
- Messages: the name, email address, subject, URL, and message you choose to send through the contact form.
- Practice responses: anonymous option selections used to show vote totals in Answer Practice.
Why we use it
We use this information to keep the site working, stop obvious abuse, understand broad traffic patterns, save visitor choices, investigate technical problems, and reply to genuine requests. We do not sell contact-form messages or the answers a visitor selects.
Advertising and outside services
If advertising or a third-party measurement tool is enabled, that provider may process device or browser information under its own policy. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are connected to the choices in our cookie panel. You can reject them or change the choice later from “Cookie settings.”
Retention and security
Recent raw IP entries are kept only in the limited list shown to the administrator; older entries are removed automatically. Aggregated traffic totals and contact records may be kept longer when they are needed for site operation, a correction history, security, or a legal request. We restrict administration access, but no online service can promise absolute security.
